Athletics is a dynamic, high-intensity reformer class that fuses core Pilates principles with strength and performance training.
Expect functional movement patterns, heavier resistance, and a faster pace that challenges both your body and mind. You may use dumbbells, weighted rings, and props to push your limits and enhance endurance, muscle tone, and athletic performance.
This class is inclusive and empowering — whether you're building confidence or levelling up your training, our instructors will support you with modifications, progressions, and a whole lot of energy to ensure every body can access the empowering intensity of Athletics.
